JLD company has 60 acres of production site. Fully automated, high precision grease production plant with 16 sets of production saponification equipment. Packaging Customized

1. Raw material procurement control

During the raw material procurement process, Jialede Lubricating Materials must strictly inspect and accept in accordance with quality standards to prevent unqualified raw materials from entering the production line. Specific measures include:

Establish a list of qualified suppliers and regularly review and evaluate suppliers.

Strictly inspect the purchased raw materials, including appearance inspection, physical and chemical index testing, heavy metal content testing, etc.

2. Production process control
