Perfluoropolyether Grease

Perfluoropolyether grease is a white perfluoropolyether grease made from polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickened with highly chemically stable perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE) and refined with special anti-corrosion additives. This fluorine high temperature grease is specially used for bearings in high temperature, high load, chemical corrosive environments as well as parts requiring lifelong lubrication, with excellent chemical inertness, durability and low volatility. Applicable temperature range: -50～+280℃.

※ Extremely wide working temperature, excellent high temperature stability and oxidative stability;

※ Extremely small change in consistency with temperature, extremely low volatility, and extremely long service life;

※Excellent resistance to abrasion, scuffing, combustion, radiation and corrosion;

※Low coefficient of friction, high load-bearing capacity, good compatibility with most rubbers and plastics;

※Good insulating properties, resistant to water, oil, vacuum, most organic solvents and strong acids and alkalis.

*Applicable to the lubrication of film stretching and stenting machine bearings, conveyor belt bearings of heat setting machine, chain bearings of high temperature baking furnace, differential bearings of PTA centrifugal machine, automobile wiper motor bearings, and bearings of corrugating machine; *Applicable to the lifelong full-life lubrication of the parts of precision machines, optical instruments, office equipment, and clean room equipment;

*Applied to the lubrication and sealing of bearings, pumps, valves and seals of semiconductor equipment and chemical process machinery, high vacuum environment equipment; also used for pumps and valves that come into contact with corrosive gases and liquids (e.g., halogens, liquid oxygen, etc.).
