YBS-3283 is a clear, colorless, thermally stable, fully fluorinated liquid with similar chemistry and physical properties to 3M Fluorinert FC-3283, making it a perfect equivalent to 3M FC-3283, and its electrolytic process is identical to 3M's. It is ideally suited for single-phase heat transfer applications in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, making it an ideal heat transfer fluid for etchers, ion implanters, testers, and more.
YBS-3283 is primarily a single compound, ensuring that its composition remains stable and does not fractionate over time. This minimizes fluid loss and ensures that its heat transfer properties remain consistent over time.
