YBS-NBU15 is a high-speed bearing grease with excellent load resistance. It uses a composite barium soap as thickener and a specialized base oil that combines ester oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, and mineral oils through special fusion treatment, providing the product with highly effective corrosion and wear resistance. Additionally, it has outstanding water resistance, medium resistance, and oxidation resistance.

Application

● Suitable for high speed low temperature spindle bearing lubrication, valves, joints, rolling bearings, hot air box motors, electronic digital products, precision instrumentation, sewage treatment equipment, cement plant special equipment and automotive parts and other machinery and equipment, working temperature up to -40℃.

● Particularly suitable for high-speed sliding and rolling bearings, such as centre bearings in machine tools and textile machinery, threaded spindles, ball screws and transmission gear bearings for high loads.

● This product can also be used for long-term lubrication of ropeways and instruments. In addition, it can also be used on gear tooth surfaces (e.g. bevel gears for milling machines, electro-mechanical valve actuators).

● Used as long-term grease in ropeways, bearing engineering applications, and they are suitable for lubricating gear tooth surfaces (e.g. bevel gear milling machines electric valve actuators).

● Particularly suitable for high-speed flat and rolling bearings, such as spindle bearings in machine tools for textile machines, threaded shafts, ball screws subjected to high loads, transmission shaft bearings.

Note

Remove as much contaminants and residue as possible before use, apply by rubbing, oil bath or spray. Do not mix with other oils.

This product is available in 1kg tin cans, 0.5KG tin cans, 800g tubes, 10KG drums and 20KG drums in the packaging shown above. As well as personalised packaging according to customer requirements, OEM bespoke packaging.
